The building structure is formed by two completely independent holiday houses.

They are located in the centre of Milazzo, in Vaccarella neighbourhood. They are equipped with TV-colour and washing machine.

Both Grecale House and Libeccio House are suitable for a relaxing holiday: although they are just a street away from the centre, the context is really quiet because in a no traffic area.

Who loves nightlife will be able to just walk to Borgo Antico and Milazzo Castle, easily reachable through a stairway. In the historical centre pubs and restaurants offer live music and amusement all night long.

Moreover, Levante beach is also very near: a beautiful place with several small bays, the famous fish market, the tourist harbour.

Grecale House is on the ground floor. It’s composed by an entrance (night area), corridor, a bedroom, a living room (night area), a kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda and a wide garden.

The entrance is provided with a comfortable double sofa bed and a bookcase

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers with mirror, night tables, wide wardrobe with several doors.

In the living room there are two double sofa beds, a table with chairs, a dresser for food and a Tv colour.

The kitchen is equipped with fires, a double washbasin and wide shelves.

In the garden there are tables and chairs to have dinner on the open air enjoying Sicilia citrus fruits smell.

The house is suitable for a 4/6 people holiday but is equipped with 8 beds.

Libeccio House is located just upon Grecale house on the first floor. It’s composed by two bedrooms, a living room (night area), a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace on the sea.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers with mirror, night tables, wide wardrobe with several doors.

The second bedroom is provided with a double bed, wardrobe and hanging shelves.

In the living room there are two double sofa beds, a cupboard, a table with chairs, a dresser for food and a Tv colour.

The kitchen is equipped with fires, a double washbasin and wide shelves.

It’s possible to have dinner on the open air on the terrace with pergola.

Libeccio House is suitable for a 4/6 people holiday but is equipped with 8 beds.
